To be true to myself,
Always speaking my true feelings is the key,
In this way, I won’t cheat myself
And I can truly know what I want,
I can truly know myself,
I can truly know my strengths and weaknesses.
So I know how to pray to God
For what I truly want,
Otherwise, I would be confused
In my thoughts,
I would be cheated all the time
By my ego.
I would be blind,
Various illusional thoughts block my mind,
I couldn’t have the clarity to recognize
What is the truth,
What is valuable
In life.
The appearance only gives me
Temporary feelings,
Good feelings cannot stay with me
As long as I want,
But truth can generate more truth,
It can go on forever.
As long as I appreciate it
It stays in me
And we become one, indeed
The joy of that is beyond words
To describe,
Truth brings me true…
