It is real,
I have no doubt,
In the past, I had many,
I was confused.
Now I see the Sun is rising,
I feel the Earth gets the benefit,
I feel oneness with everybody,
On Earth, everyone feels me.
I regard this feeling,
I regard my own needs,
God is there,
God is everywhere, indeed.
In you, in me,
In the moment
When you are speaking,
It enlightened me.
Because I feel it,
I know it exists,
Like the Sun,
Like the Earth.
Yesterday’s Alpha course was surprising,
The groups, the food services,
The band, the greetings,
Everything was so new to me.
