I have good feelings increasing,
Especially since last year’s storm,
Always mindful of God and with everyday praying,
So intense, and so are the feelings.
I want to keep these feelings forever in me,
What should I do to maintain what I feel, never dying?
Always listen to God, for sure,
Always do the right thing,
Always keep the commandments in my head,
Do God’s will, serve Him.
We are living in stormy times,
World conditions are going from bad to worse.
I can imagine, on a very cold night outside,
I was warming myself by a fire,
Would I let the flames dwindle and then die out?
I would keep adding fuel to keep the fire,
Burning bright and hot.
I’m getting the Daily Bread every day,
By writing poems, studying the Bible
By searching for the truth of God, and from God
I won’t stop.
That’s the way I keep the fire burning,
I get what I want.
