Living in the present moment
Is everything to me,
Like the manna from God
For the Israelite,
I trust in God,
I listen to Him.
Life is easy
If I can do this,
Life is happy
I have no worries,
Life is fun
I’m always learning.
There are so many things
Happening around me,
I could have lots of thoughts
In my little head,
Like the food
That I don’t eat, I don’t need.
I only gather a certain amount
For today,
For what I need,
Otherwise, it would become foul,
I would rather it
Become wasted.
I listen to God,
I would prepare food
For Sundays, the Sabbath
If I didn’t listen to Him
I would be hungry,
That’s the fact, I have to respect.
