People tend to be superstitious,
When they don’t believe in God.
In the right way of worship,
God is everywhere, is not a specific image.
Believing in God is
About receiving the voice of the Holy Spirit.
It’s not about bowing down before an image,
It’s not about relying on a specific person,
Asking for the superstitious power,
The magic,
Or somebody’s protection.
It’s about listening to the right voice.
When you always get the true voice from God,
When you always do the right thing,
According to what God commands,
You have the power,
You have the protection from God,
You can live a life in peace.
As Joshua’s no longer living,
As time went on,
People of Israel were influenced by other people around them,
They all worshipped idols,
To get some strength, to live on.
It seemed, that some images had the power.
