There were moments in the past
Terrifying,
It seemed everywhere was terror,
The fear persisted.
But at the same time,
I know the truth
God is always there,
God has greater power.
God can do anything,
God is love,
Love can conquer fear,
I prayed to God, constantly.
The voice directed me,
The voice directed my thinking,
The voice directed my move,
The voice told me to keep going.
Keep doing the right thing,
Keep seeking the truth,
Ignore the unreal things,
Focus on what is real.
The unreal thing will leave me,
I will never give up writing,
I will never give up
Communicating with God.
