I reflect on,
You were with me,

I will never forget those moments,
The darkness, the sadness,
The joy,
The bliss.

It tells me time is nothing,
As long as I feel You,
As long as I’m mindful of You,
You are always with me.

I appreciate it,
I praise You,
I can feel the energy,
I can always move on.

Whenever it felt depleted,
It was refilled with the voice,
With the suggestions,
With the instructions
