Today, I’m starting the book,
Conversations with God, by Neale Donald Walsh,
I love the questions he raised,
When can I be successful?
Why can’t I make a living by doing what I really like?
Is that Utopian society able to be realized?
… …
In the preface about the book and the author, his friend’s view
We have something in common.
He was a dropout, I was a kind of
He married many times, I had lots of ex-boyfriends
And I divorced too, still seeking my true love
He had his prime time, then lost
I did too, I’d dreamed a lot
But I lost all of them, everything I treasured
We suffered hard,
We were desperate, till, into the corner
Then we turned to meet our God.
Listen to our inner voice,
I find out, there’s always been a voice out there
To tell, I just didn’t really understand,
How to listen, how to rely on, how to reason
How to thrive, to get what I want.
